Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Aurea.

The service

Aurea generates websites from text prompts, hosts them, and provides tools to manage and publish them. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where a written service level agreement says otherwise.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person or organisation per account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a guardian.

Ownership of generated content

You own everything Aurea generates for you — the copy, the design and the code — with full commercial rights, on every plan including Free. We claim no licence over it beyond what is needed to host and display it at your request.

Acceptable use

You may not use Aurea to generate or host content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, that impersonates a person or organisation, or that is designed to deceive, defraud or distribute malware. We may suspend accounts that do.

Credits and payment

Credits are deducted only on successful generation and are refunded automatically if a generation fails. Purchased credits do not expire. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal without refunding the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Published websites remain live for 30 days after cancellation, and you may export the complete source at any point before or after.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, and the courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
